If you are a live-aboard
cruiser and would like to see this proposal succeed, you may be
able to help in a variety of ways.
-
Join us and help us
determine how many people are likely to be applying for a pass
if one comes into existence.
-
Offer help with finding
other live-aboard cruisers and encouraging them to register with
us too.
-
Offer help with research.
We need to find MEPs from all over Europe and ask them to look
at the site, for example. We may need to find out how many
anchorages have already been made inaccessible to live-aboard
cruisers already, in order to demonstrate the urgency of the
problem. Other research needs may become apparent as we
progress.
-
Offer relevant information
or links to it that you think may be helpful.
-
Offer to translate all or
part of this website into other European languages. We need to
try and get it copied into all of them to reach as many
interested parties as possible.
-
Pledge a little financial
assistance if the time comes when it is needed, so that we know
whom we may call upon if our own meagre resources start running
too low for us to be able to put more in. We are investigating
how to become a registered non-profit organisation should the
need arise.
-
If you can think of other
ways to help or other help we should be asking for (apart from
psychiatric!), feel free to contact us.
