Approached Neil Parish MEP  on  6th July 2008 via e-mail with a letter of introduction

We received the following reply via e-mail from Neil Parish on 11th July 2008:

Dear Ms Woods,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding the plight of sea dwellers.

I browsed your site with interest. In recent years, it is clear that costs for live-aboard sailors has been steadily increasing due to the
hefty fines which can be imposed on them. I appreciate you keeping me informed on this issue and I am pleased to learn of your campaign.

As this is not strictly my area of expertise, I will discuss the issue with our Fisheries and Marine spokesman. I would be interested in being kept updated on how your campaign progresses.

Yours sincerely,

Neil Parish MEP

We replied to Neil Parish MEP via e-mail on 11th July 2008 as follows:

Dear Mr. Parish,

Many thanks for your kind letter. The best way to keep you informed would be to add your name to the list of subscribers to the Free Sea Pass monthly newsletter, which I will do with pleasure.

Best regards,

Linnet Woods
